  • How do I properly burn my Candle?
    This is our recommended procedure, we take Candle Safety extremely important. Don’t touch or move the Candle while burning, it is extremely hot. Refrain from touching the Candle after the flame is extinguished, the wax is not set and you could potentially harm yourself. Pro Tip: Always let the wax set before moving. You should always place candles on a candle plate or a heat resistant surface, to avoid any potential fire hazards. If you aren’t into lighting the wick, Feel free to place it on a candle warmer. Remember to not burn the candles for more than 4 hours at a time. Since our candle wicks are made out of wood, always remember to remove any ash that might have collected off the wick. You can always use your fingers and gently remove the ashes off the tip- Relight and enjoy. Pro Tip: Always keep your pool of wax free from debris. If the Candle fire is to high, always snuff (Pro tip: Always use a snuffer to extinguish a candle.) the fire out and trim the wood wick with a wick trimmer. Remember, you only need a little bit of wood to get the burn ignited. If your wood wick appears too short, again remember it only takes a little wood to get the burn party started. Our Candles are sensitive to light so keep covered while not in use to keep the candle from cracking, melting, or fragrance evaporating. To reduce any potential Fire Hazards, follow these tips below: - Always keep away candles away from drafts and vibrations. - Never leave Candles unattended or in the reach of children or pets. - I know our Candles smell so good but don't eat it. - If the wax has burned completely down- STOP burning - Never burn your candle completely to the end. Just comeback to us and purchase more- we're in stock! - Never use a knife or sharp object to remove wax drippings from the candle jar as this may weaken or cause the glass to break.
  • Can I return or exchange my Candle?
    At this time, You can always contact us for any return question at Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    At this time, we only ship within the United States and its territories. However, we look forward to growing and serving our international customers.
  • Can I cancel my Monthly DC Candle Subscription at Anytime?
    Yes, we only send our monthly subscription candles out after you have paid for that month. Meaning, if we recieved payment you will recieve your monthly Candles, if we don't recieve payment or you opt out of DC subscription service, we will terminate your monthly subscription.
